Psoriasis can occur on the face, but it's not as common as other areas such as knees and elbows.

Hi with me I had it on my face around the hair line down onto my forehead and also either side of my nostrils....other than that it never affected the rest of my face

Yes I'm with Matari. You can get it on the face but it's not usually as bad as other areas. My thinking is it's because our face is always exposed to the elements, so if you were to walk around naked 24/7 you could be clear.
Having said that I used to get psoriasis on my cheeks and forehead when I first got it, and it's very annoying as the face is the first thing people notice and you can see their eyes staring at it. I would say it's not as common as other areas, but when it is there it looks and feels worse because you are concious about it.

Ah okay. Thanks for the replies. I have it on my penis pretty bad, the creams aren't really helping either, and if they are it's sloooowwww. I got a spot that showed up on my arm and a spot that looks like might be forming on my face.
So is this just how the condition goes? It shows up in random places whenever it wants to. Clear one spot and it comes up in another - for life?

It can be managed but it's hard to find the right thing for you, it's all about trial an error as we all have it in different ways. But yes it's now your buddy for the rest of your life. I've had it over 35 years and it still sometimes surprises me when I get a new bit turn up somewhere I've never had before. Having said that I also have places where it's never come back, I put that down to my treatment which works very well for me. Others will have different stories on the amount they have or had, but I would think 99% of them that have had it for a few years now understand it's there for the rest of their life. Some will manage it and be almost clear, but some will always be searching.

It can turn up anywhere but usually on areas that wear down and the skin is replaced like knees/elbows/scalp/back/feet seem to be some of the most common areas but anywhere else on the body as well. When I first started with it many years ago the treatments were very limited and in the past few years treatments have come on leaps and bounds and are still progressing at a fair pace so who knows where we will be shortly.
