Hey everyone, been to see my parent's for a couple of weeks but glad to be back home.
Hope everyone is ok, I have had to endure numerous John Wayne films from my aged Father, so I have been bored stupid, but it is still nice to see them, and also nice to be home again.

Sorry Fred, Southampton is not big on Rock, but I did get some photo's of an ocean going liner leaving the docks, will send that to you when I upload the pics.
Hey Suzy, nice to hear from you, I think the "P" treatment is on a 'Go slow' at the moment, so I will continue to monitor my progress until my next Consultant appointment in January, and I will post any results or inconsistencies that I observe.
Can't say the break helped me much, as I had to put up with my Dad watching "John Wayne" films all the time, yawwwwn!!!!
