I'm following Dave, and I'm very well thank you. (apart from some problems getting to answer posts, but it's normal for me)
Great to hear it's working well for you, and long may it continue.
The psoriatic arthritis is the one to get on top of as soon as possible as it's the one I find affects the quality of life, psoriasis is bad enough but give me a a flaky skin any day over locked up painful joints.
