Hi and welcome Martin, I was on MTX for 9 years and it worked for me so all the best and see what happens. How are things in Donny ?

Yes I have PsA and MTX worked well , I was on oral for 6 years until the side effects got to much and then 3 years plus on injections which are far better. I am now on Stelara but it doesn't do a lot for the PsA but MTX worked better. You may be lucky and get no side effects good luck.
