Hi Armadi and to the forum, we are a growing group of psoriasis sufferers here and are happy to share our experiences and offer support and advice, there are no medical professionals here but actual sufferers where you will get genuine opinions With your problem of genital psoriasis I have been lucky and managed to avoid that, but I have a link to a thread about genital psoriasis Genital psoriasis has profound impact on sexual health. I hope one or more of the members will come with some advice for you Jim

Hi Armadi,
At least welcome to the forum. I hope you can find what you are looking for. I fear I cannot help you with your problem, but maybe you can by trying to ask specific things on the forum, as you are basically already doing, find some information on how to handle. The location of you psoriasis is a serious one I should think. Creams on corticosteroid bases should be prevented I think. Caroline

Welcome!
As Caroline said, don't use steroid creams! I'd definitely ask my doctor for help with that as it's not a place you want to use the wrong treatment on.

I had scalp psoriasis for a Long time, then I shaved all my hair off and it went,I think the area needs to be kept dry,,It could work in the lower region's.
