Welcome and glad you found your way here! Smile

Sorry I can't help with DMF info but this is an informative place with people willing to share. Hope you are able to get the flush thing figured out.

Hi Whabu,

I'm also one of the DMF gang. And yes I also got the flushes, but only sometimes, not everyday, maybe quite some I slept through. I was on a dosage of 5x120 mg

I am with Jim, do take them with a meal and lots of fluids. This will slow down the speed in which the DMF is getting into your bloodstream. This may influence the intensity of the flush.
Maybe just try it.

In the mean time enjoy yourself on the forum.

Good luck.

Caroline

Hi,

I take a 1200mg dose weekly. Plenty of food and fluids as Jim says. Milk is really good. I find that taking l-cysteine has reduced the gastric side effects. Your dose is small, so hopefully food, fluids and milk are enough. I hope your treatment goes well and I look forward to reading about your progress.

Cheers,

Bill
