I think I'd be fine on your meds jiml as I was on Fumaderm previously and had no side effects at all except for the odd flush. I also managed full clearance on just 6 initial tablets a day.

I would go for two on alternate days both taken with your breakfast if the derm says it's ok
I'm sure a bit of adjustment will get you clear

Is it correct that you did’nt have the cramps with Fumaderm??
That is very odd as it contains the same product. And normally you get the cramps from the dmf.

I do know that in the filling of the tablet of the skilarence there is lactose, are you by any chance lactose-intolerant?

I honestly don't know if I'm lactose intolerant or not, but it's draining when I get cramps every day without a break. The cramps are slightly less but it has been replaced by nausea which then lasts the rest of the day.

However I have a different problem I'm hoping you can help me with. I had to go away for my job and forgot to take my meds. This means I havent had any tablets for about 6 days.

Could I just start back where I left off? I was on 1x120mg a day.

Yes, no problem. You can just restart.

I do that all the time, having a series of 1x120 mg”s during a number of days and then pause for a few days.

The only thing that may happen is that the flushes will be a bit more heavy for a few days.

I understand the cramps. That can only be avoided by a slow release version like I have.
The nausea is less nice. I had that limited when I was at a dose of 5x120mg, it is certainly not comfortable.

I agree yes you should be ok to restart as you are only on a low dose anyway
Quick question ....on the days you weren't taking it did the cramps stop ?

Yes the cramps stopped immediately Jiml. I thought my body would get used to drug and the cramps would get less  but I get them everyday just like clockwork. It's the same for the flushing as I normally get both at the same time.

I really wonder how a slow release version with you would do for the cramps.

Well previously I was on Fumaderm and had no problems at all and got 100% clearance from 6 initial tablets a day.

Tells you everything really.

That really is amazing, as for both the working ingredient is the same.
Fumaderm contained as an extra the MEF, Mono Ethyl Fumarate, which was basically useless and toxic, but still did slightly boost up the DMF. And it may have contained different filling substances.

Skilarence has a very strange set of filling substances, under which there is lactose. So if you are lactose intolerant then you can have problems with it.

Psorinovo has only one filling substance, Eudragit, which does not interact with anything, just slowly dissolves in the intestine.
