I am very late to the party Wintrman , I can't add a lot to what has been said but I can make the point that we are all different and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. I had good results from methotrexate but many haven't , Welcome by the way to the friendliest site on the internet.
I have been to Canada several times in fact my son used to live in Winnipeg .

I concur with what Caroline said. Go in with written questions and a note pad. If you are anything like me you will forget  it all at first contact.  .

The other thing I always strongly advocate is take a partner/close friend into the consultation with you if they allow them in at the moment. I always find the consultant seems to take more attention when there is someone else close to the sufferer who can put their two penny worth in.

With the Covid restrictions, I am told that I cannot take anyone into the appointment with me. That truly sucks as I had intended on bringing my wife.
