Treating a long standing plaque with subcutaneous b12/folate injections

Thanks, Jim. The injections are easier to do. I might have a go injecting my neck and elbow, but I think that injecting behind my ears would be too tricky and painful.

The hot dry weather is awful. What people don't seem to appreciate is that it is a result of anomalously cold ocean surface temperatures around the Australian mainland.

I think I will finish this now. Unfortunately the topical was not effective, or at least not effective enough for me to see purpose if applying it. Same with the subcutaneous injections: Nice result with the injections, but the plaque came back when I stopped. My apologies for this late and disappointing news, but it is better to be informed.

A good try Bill as you say nothing ventured nothing gained. But a good try and I like the way you're always thinking of new things to try. Sorry it didn't work out but you gave it a fair go
Just have to think of something else
