Glad you are getting your prescription without having to go to the doctor right now.

Been a while since I updated my thread mainly because my psoriasis hadn't changed or my treatment
So my review on 2020 I've been on DMF treatment now for over 8 years with no sign of it failing I am continuing to take five Skilarence tablets a day 3 with breakfast and 2 with my evening meal I have blood tests every four weeks to keep an eye on my lymphocyte count as the DM F can have the effect of reducing the lymphocyte count which should be between 1 and 3 and mine tends to run at the lower end of the acceptable limits and at present runs at 1.15 but has on occasions dropped to 0.95 My psoriasis is virtually clear although I have a little behind my ears which I control with Enstilar foam This year has been stressful with my wife's health issues and the threat of covid and living under covid restrictions and despite this my psoriasis has behaved very well

Good review Jim, glad to hear it's still doing it's thing for you and 8 years is a good time on one treatment.
Long may it continue, post moved as requested.

I've tried reducing the dose but sadly it does start to come back fairly quickly so I'm sticking at the current dose as long as the NHS funds it for me

You are doing very well Jim !!
Good Lymphocyte count, mine is lower. All signs for a good continuation are there. Remember one of the best photographers of the Netherlands, also having Psoriasis, uses it already for almost 30 years !! So way to go !

Well done Jim. You would be close to nine years. I am over eight and you started nearly a year before I did.
