The Arthritis Part

Hi All,

I just had my first real experience with arthritis this morning (aside from the ache in my hips). I awoke with my knuckle swollen, hand disfigured and experiencing dull pain. Any remedy aside from the Cosentyx that I am currently taking?

No I have never found anything better than Cosentyx. Another bio may help, but as you have tried most I doubt there is one better.

The only other thing I ever found that helped with psoriatic arthritis was Paracetamol or Tramadol when really bad but I hated it.

I think you said on another thread about having a biopsy to confirm you do have psoriasis, have you had conformation that you do have psoriatic arthritis ?

There is more possible, but I think from the reactions here on the forum that Cosentyx is the best one for Psoriatic Arthritis. Indeed, if what you have really is Psoriatic Arthritis.

I have had a finger like you long ago. Dull pain... at least, but I more remember Psoriatic Arthritis as a pain that is dull but sometime sticking as if a needle is put in it.
