So my 2 day cleanse is over, and today I start stage 1 of my diet. With further research I have changed my original list and have also changed my supplements. Please note the changes below and my comments as to the reason why. Vitamins/supplements crossed off, I will begin in 1 week. I am also holding off on the pau d'arco tea as that is an antifungal, and I will begin those in 2 weeks. In 3 weeks, I will add probiotics.
Here is my food list (I will try to do organic when possible):
vegetables: artichokes, zucchini, asparagus, avocado, spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, onions, garlic, cauliflower, celery, collard greens, kale, romaine lettuce, olives (no white vinegar)
meat: grass fed beef (I will wait to add beef as it can sit in the gut for a few days to digest), chicken, turkey, eggs, sockeye salmon, lamb
nuts/seeds: almonds, flax seeds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds (i will wait to add nuts/seeds as they may contain mold)
grains: quinoa, millet, buckwheat, almond flour, coconut flour (I will wait to add these)
herbs/spices: basil, black pepper, cilantro, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, dill, ginger, nutmeg, oregano, rosemary, thyme, turmeric, sea salt, herbs de provance
oils: extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, virgin coconut oil, grass fed butter
seasonings: lemon juice, lime juice, raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, organic chicken bone broth
beverages: filtered water, unsweetened almond/coconut milk, peppermint tea, ginger tea, pau d'arco tea (waiting to add anitfungals), licorice tea, cinnamon tea
sweeteners: stevia that does not have maltodexterin, dextrose or sugar alcohols. Whole leaf stevia.
dairy: unsweetened grass fed yogurt, unsweetened grass fed kefir. ( I will wait to add these as they are probiotics)
I also plan on taking daily:
Supplements: fish oil, collagen, ashwagandha, probiotics (I will add these later)
Milk Thistle (adding as it supports the liver during detox)
Pantethine (adding as it breaks down the candida die off toxin, acetaldehyde, during detox)
Vitamins: C, D, E, folic acid, biotin (I will add these later)
Minerals: Zinc
