I agree with the rest of the guys, go back to the dermatologist and tell him/her how it is impacting her life and mental health. The protocols are very strict and dermatologist tend to be very careful with systemic treatments. After creams you need to either fail ciclosporin and/or mtx before they will a biological like stelara. Did your daughter take either one of those? Also; how is her response to creams? If this is low; tell the derm creams are failing. Dermatologist have to know every detail because of the strict protocols
