I'm afraid i can't help you, sorry Maryam
I do know what an IL-76 is though
I actually had to google that
My guess: it is a train....
Nooooo
it is an aircraft...
I thought that where Bill is our mad scientist, GB is our mad train driver, so it had to be a train...
I beg your pardon
Our Bill is not a mad scientist
I am not a mad train driver
Maryam was mentioning IL- with numbers, I mentioned that I could not help with that but I knew what an IL-76 was !
Now, poor Maryam thinks I'm daft
And she'd be right
Poor Maryam

Mad scientist? Lucky lab rat more like. DMF action? NRF2 activation; HO 1 induction via GSH depletion; apoptosis of mature T and dendritic cells (i.e. memory cells) and activation of NK cells, resulting in a shift to an anti-inflammatory response; Increased mitochondrial function. The mechanism of action is complex and the pharmacological effect is not identical for individuals. It is a good basis for thinking about the drug, but you can only learn by trial and error.

You know that "mad scientest" Is our pet name for you over here at psoriasisclub.

It is kind of a signal of respect for every very special research that you are doing. But if you like that we call you a "Lucky lab rat"

, that is also fine with me.

No offence taken, Caroline. Experimentation is the sole reason that DMF continues to be a safe and effective treatment for me.
Cheers
