NRF2 activation; HO 1 induction via GSH depletion; apoptosis of mature T and dendritic cells (i.e. memory cells) and activation of NK cells, resulting in a shift to an anti-inflammatory response; Increased mitochondrial function. The mechanism of action is complex and the pharmacological effect is not identical for individuals. It is a good basis for thinking about the drug, but you can only learn by trial and error.
