Can you describe what kind of infection this was?
Was it a heavy cold or something?

It was a flu type infection. But it wasn’t flu as it only put me into bed for a couple of days....but felt ill for 2 weeks after ... only really felt better the last couple of days ... when I had the low blood test I was feeling terrible and told the nurse when she took the blood that I expected low results

Thanks Caroline,  they certainly seem to for me   it’s something to be aware of although if I was on 3 monthly tests it would never have shown up

Being on 3 monthly testing would have saved you needless worry, Jim. You have consistently good results. It is a pity that you did not retest straight after the low result.

Heading out to see the dermatologist just arming myself with blood results and ideas in case he wants to alter anything.... I have a little Psoriasis in my scalp .... it’s very minor but I’ll see if I can get something to clear it totally
It started to appear when I had the infection, but has subsided but I can still feel it above  my left ear
