Hi All,
Quick update, I had my final U.S. Based injection last Thursday and managed
To secure 1 injection from Jansen Rep to bring back to the U.K. with me,
which will be due the middle of May.
Hopefully will get it sorted with my GP by then ?

Hope you are able to get things sorted quickly. It's good that you were able to get an injection to take back with you.

Hi Ashley

I moved back to the UK in Sept 2016, I saw a GP on the 17th and have just seen a consultant on the 1st March 2017.....to try to get back on Humira which is a similar drug

The waiting time to see the derms< derms cant proscribe it here in the NW so I had to wait for a consultant, and also if your skin is ok at the mo you will not meet funding criteria i.e. a Pasi score of 10....this is how it is in the North west anyhow?

It is a nightmare to get the biologics because of the cost and the NHS hurting, so as has been said on here you may have to go through some other treatments first

I know Methotrexate and Cyclosporine from experience is maybe what the will go for subject to your physical condition....high BP etc. etc.

Good luck

Tomc
