Well done to Fred and everyone else, and my thanks for providing a valuable and informative forum.

You're welcome Alan, I hope you are still doing well with your regime.

Season's Greetings to all at Psoriasis Club Thumb

Not a lot to report, it's been a while since my last post, still eating fairly low carb high fat although much less disciplined about it these days. Translation : eating bread and other carbs when I fancy. At this time of the year fruitcake and mince pies should not be avoided!

No problems with any symptoms recurring. Waistline spreading a little, post Christmas and I'll definitely be back to a more disciplined regime, but right now I'm happy to enjoy the festivities and let my belt out a notch if needs be!

Great to see you back Alan and I'm pleased to hear the psoriasis hasn't reared its head . Thanks for keeping us posted on your condition, I know we have several trying to follow your plan and it is reassuring for them to see your updates as proof that what you have done can work
I wish you and your family all the best for Christmas and the coming year

As always I read your updates because since recently I'm following the Paleo AIP diet ( yes, must start thread )

Keep it up and Merry Xmas Smile

Going by the feedback I have been getting a lot of people were pleased to see me say that. We will be celebrating our 10th birthday in May and I will probably mention it again but yes we are here to stay.

So you carry on updating your thread, even if it's no news I'm sure it is helping others. It's the second most read thread in Natural with well over 58,000 views. 78
