Sounds like you are having a really good run up with the Fumaderm. As long as your blood counts stay good you should be okay. With DMF/Fumaderm it is often a battle between efficacy and side effects. For some the gastrointestinal side effects are too much, for others an effective dose has dangerous systemic complications and treatment must cease. But if you are in the Goldilocks region of the bell curve then it might help you for a long time. I am a junior DMFer into my fourth year of treatment and have found the drug effective for both p and psa. I am not aware of any loss of efficacy either. Still not clear, but >99% reduction in p and >90% reduction in psa. I remain hopeful of further improvement.
