Fumaderm a couple of questions

Yes it was a bug and lost 9 lb  but not the best way to diet lol.

I had to stop all tabs for 1 day I couldn't keep anything in and to be sure it was a bug.

Thursday pm first proper meal . Friday morning yes first definite side cramps and feeling sick lasted about an hour.

The bug was worse mind..

I'm glad it wasn't the Fumaderm, wow 9lb that's quite some bug that got you

Now you are getting the cramps it's a good sign .... Not good to have it will be short term pain and long term gain

I hope things don't get too bad, at least you know what to expect
