Creams have not done much for me neither. I am sure you can get away with creams in areas where the absorption rate is low, but I would be concerned with using it anywhere else. Well hopefully you get some relief soon.

This may be of interest Amanda and may be worth trying
Fred has posted this about pine tar ... It might not smell good but perhaps you could get some from Amazon or eBay
It's also known as Stockholm tar (used on horses hooves)

See Pine tar an effective treatment for psoriasis with minimal safety risk
