Welcome to the forum , you are in good company on here with people who know what you are going through as we are all in the same boat . There is a fantastic amount of information on here and if there are any questions that you want to ask then you will get honest answers not like some of the rubbish you will find on the internet.
Just bear in mind that most of the inmates on here are a bit nutty (not me though) . Welcome and once you get a decent dermatologist jmysray you will be OK.
