Now resolved, argument had ended before work. Didn't return straight home, go for hair cut. You know Gin from OUAT? Not that short, I got wild frizzy hair after cut. My hair is naturally wavy.

So your day has got better now, arguement over, and hair looks good

Welcome to the forum Rose, hair looks OK to me though I have to get mine cut this afternoon and I had just got used to having it a bit longer.
You will find that everyone on here are very friendly and will try to answer any questions you need to ask , most of us ,apart from me who is very serious, are a little bit nutty but quite safe.
Have a good look around and I am sure you will fit in well.

My hair is long, aim to be longer but it got into hair scalp. 

There's no problem to be nutty because once is avid, told by forum members they can be wild too. Not that wild, but fun crazy.
