Hey to above, I didn't respond straightaway because those few days are a bit crappy, didn't sleep much, that was before learn from in law my favorite nephew in the hospital for no apparent reason with morning seizure. World kinda explode, until I see psoriasis club forum so I join thinking of hug a moment. 

Today is uneventful, better than nothing.  thank you both above, coming in to welcome me.

It's good that you're getting to the clinic on Friday and it will be helpful I'm sure to have your mum go with you. I'm glad you joined the club here, you'll find a lot of nice and supportive people.

 how are you nowadays? What you've been up to?

I'm fine thank you. I am lucky that my psoriasis is under control now and thankful there are so many treatments available these days to help.

Over here the day started with lots of sunshine, and sunshine always makes me feel good.

Now resolved, argument had ended before work. Didn't return straight home, go for hair cut. You know Gin from OUAT? Not that short, I got wild frizzy hair after cut. My hair is naturally wavy.
