Thank-you for your post.
I don't think people eat enough fruit, I know I don't. I also found, if you keep your feet warm, you're less likely to get a cold. I forgot this last week and got a cold. I also burned my throat with hot coffee and left myself defenseless against cold germs. The cold started with a sore throat.
It's interesting you mention calcium. I just posted some info on Caroline's thread "Is psoriasis a viral problem". See her post on...this thread... RE: Is psoriasis a viral problem
