I'm with u on this too. I have had Psoriasis since a child and psoriatic arthritis in my hands since my 40's. Been on a biologic for hands to stop the damage to the joints.
I was very lucky treating plaque p. & Inverse p. using occlusion. Also Taking vit-d , fish oil and keeping my hands out of water has helped. a big My palmoplanter psoriasis has been in remission for two years. It's so nice not to have bloody hands and feet splitting and cracking.
The ticket is having a good derm that specializes in psoriasis rather than just throw steroid topicals at u and a good rheumy who specializes in psoriatic arthritis. Stick with a routine that works and once u find that UR on UR way to remission.
There r many anti inflammatory foods to try and foods that cause inflammation. Some say it helps same with antiinflam drugs .
Hope you get some helpful information form us. So that u too can soon be in remission .
