I thought you Irish had webbed feet, as you take the sting out of the weather before it hits us......and me being over the far side (east) of England the clouds are often empty when they get here   so  we do get a bit of sun from time to time

I take 4000 IU daily of Vit D3. The doctor said I could take 5000 IU daily but I haven't increased it quite that much. I was only taking 2000 so the 4000 doubled it. If it's still low next visit I'll increase.

It is important and perhaps more so right now with most of us being less active and not getting out as much (at least I know that's true for me)
