No, not at all. It has a very nice temperature. Probably because the quite warm summer we have had up to now.

I will take a dip in the North Sea tomorrow as I am taking grandchildren to Great Yarmouth , brrrrrr. I hope I don't get hypothermia 85

Jealous of you being able to swim at the beach in the Netherlands? That would be extremely miserable of me, Caroline.

<That's an interesting test you have devised to see if the disease is still active>

Jim, when my disease was very active I developed a number of dietary triggers.(I think that mistaking consequence for cause is what drives many people to go on crazy herbal and dietary regimes.) Now that I have so few plaques I have found these trigger foods useful to see where the disease is, and anyway for me double strength skim milk is very tasty. It is a trade off.

Cheers,

Bill

It's great you have isolated these triggers, I have no idea what causes mine to flare. Thumb
Thanks

Whooopee 8 weeks on reduced dose of Fumaderm still virtually clear ( 1 small spot on elbow and a small patch in my scalp that's going)
My kidney and liver function are good and my lymphocytes are back within the normal range of between 1 and 3
Mine has gone up from 0.88 to 1.07 so I'm am a happy bunny tonight.

Had my prostate checked my PSA ( prostate specific antigen) is untraceable so my cancer is still clear

Today I visited the dermatologist and we came to a decision as my bloods were good I could increase dose to three tablets a day as I have a few small patches beginning to appear a couple on my scalp, two or three on my back. I don't want it to flare up

Also discussed the cost and was told on my dose around £200 a month which is around £2.00 a tablet (quite a reasonably priced drug)

Sounds like a good way to go to me Jim. Three seems to be about right for you going by your other posts. It sounds like you have a good relationship with your dermatologist, and I would urge everyone to find one they can work with too. Thumb
