Sorry psoriasis has come as a shock, it can be hard to accept but you do get used to the idea in the end.For now - no chance for me to go to the beach, it looks so bad on my legs, hands and arms and torso and continue to spread :((( I planned X-Mas vacations for us, but i can't even think normally now, just frustrated and depressed looking at myself.
I hope you can overcome your fears of people seeing it, mine is all over my arms and legs and I just wear what I want, I have given up caring what people think. I don't think they are really looking as much as we feel they are. If you get the chance and feel brave enough you should try exposing it to a bit of sun as it might help to clear your skin up.
It's great that your boss is being kind, hopefully you can get things under control soon.
And my favorite beta blocker that made my mornings acceptable more or less - are in the list that not good to take with PS, so I can't stop to vibrate and not able to drive being on very high level of anxiety ( I have it for years and beta blocker helped me to go thru the morning and bring myself to work in one piece) and PS just added more anxiety :((
It is a shock...:((((
How is your PS doing? What helps you?
Thanks!
