Of course hopefully it works for you.
Which product do you use?
Psorinovo ?
Where did you get it?
Who is guiding you?
Did you have a blood test?

The side effects you describe are recognizable and unfortunately normal. Playing/experimenting with the things you eat may help. E.g. I stopped eating mushrooms and sharp herbs.
It can take a while before it gets to work adequately. But if it works, it works both against PS and PsA.
