Scalp psoriasis and pain

I do have a dermatologist and she is really good but the treatment she prescribed for my scalp wasn't working and I don't go back to see her for four weeks but went the the doc today cause I was in tears with the pain last night. I have now been given something else but the pharmacy will not have it till tomorrow but I will make sure I never go back to that doctor, luckily she was not my normal doc I only got her as my doc had no appointments today. I just thought when she said it that I was the only one who felt pain. Glad to hear I'm not but sorry you are all experiencing pain. Thanks for the replies as always everyone on here is extremely helpful
