Scalp psoriasis question

Hi, Poly Tar is the only shampoo which helps my scalp. I have used all the other available treatments, but none work anywhere nearly as well. I can't get it in UK now, and for the last 3 years have bought it through EBay, and it is sent from Thailand. While I don't like getting it from there, it is the only current option.
