Right now i am a right mess with my P & just trust me, it's sore, bloody painful & so itchy that it keeps me awake.

Last night, i wore cotton gloves after applying thick loads of virgin coconut oil on my hands because they are so sore & tender & i went to sleep with them on.

Woke up today, gloves off & ' corn flakes ' (slightly exaggerated) came off but it did ease my P a hell of a lot.
