Yes it's fine here Kat, but I have changed the subject from "Hair thinning" to "Hair thinning and scalp psoriasis" as it will help with search results. If you prefer a different subject let me know.

Re your question, I'm probably not much help but I had bad scalp psoriasis in the 80s and I had long hair. I remember it getting a lot thinner but I did pick at it a lot and I'm sure the tar shampoo made it thinner.
Would it be worth asking a hairdresser ?
