Welcome to the forum! I'm also on Acitretin but only reaching the 2 week mark. This forum has nice, informative and supportive people. I hope you will keep us updated and just know that you are not alone.

Hey Kat thanx for reply have you had any side effects on this drug ? I know Acitretin takes 2-3mths to see any differences in skin do you see any changes yet ?

I did have a small headache the first two days but not sure if it was a side effect or just a headache. Other than that, no side effects at all. I have noticed that I am less itchy. I still itch quite a bit, but not as bad as I was. I also had a day (not sure why but it didn't last) where my ears almost cleared up but then they started scaling again. I'm on UVB light treatments as well. So, all in all, I'm seeing slight improvements but not far enough along in the treatment yet to know for sure if this is what's going to work for me. But I've got my fingers crossed, crossing them for you too!
