Welcome to Psoriasisclub. As you state feeling axious and depressed is very recognisable for us.
Acceptance of your situation is very hard to achieve, though as Jim said, the way to go, as stress will only worsen it. But I do fully understand how difficult this is.
As it has spread so much with you in such a short time you are likely to bump into the situation that creams, lotions and steroids probably are impossible to apply. It seems there is something in your system (body) that triggered this outbreak of Psoriasis.
This may have been a stressful situation, or an infection of some kind, can you recollect something like that?
So now the search will begin on what will work for you. Luckily you live in a time where many treatments are available. So try not to worry, there probably will be something for you around that will help you. Indeed get in contact with a good dermatologist.
We can help you to prepare for a visit to him/her.
