New to group

Hello and glad I found this group.  My name is Bob and am 46 , live in Chicago area and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 5 years ago.  I have had psoriasis for about 15 years.  Was manageable at the beginning but worsened with age.  Once my joints/tendons etc starting hurting daily I knew something was going on.  Took awhile to get correct diagnosis.  I am on Tremfya now and has worked great since January.  Psoriasis is almost completely gone and arthritis is much better and manageable.   I also was on Humira, Enbrel Otezla, and Cosentyx in the past.

I'm pleased you are getting good results from Tremfya especially for psoriatic arthritis as that is my priority. Tremfya isn't available in France yet and my next step will be Taltz, but it's comforting to know that Tremfya will be there in the future.

Don't hesitate to start your own thread in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis about your journey if you wish. It's a good way of monitering your progress and your information cold help others.

Hi Bob I have said welcome on another post but it's worth doing twice so to this group of fellow sufferers. It's good to hear that tremfya is working well for you ...I hope it continues and you will keep us informed of your progress, as it's just being approved here in the U.K. And hearing from someone on it is a good way for us to learn about it

You sound as if you have worked your way through most of the available biologicals so let's hope this is the one for you

Hi Bob welcome to the club. this is a great site for P and PsA sufferers as Fred does not allow adverts or magic potion sellers but there is more information on here than anywhere that I know. We are all fellow sufferers of the dam thing .
