Hi Hellosimon
I gave up smoking 3 years ago- no difference to skin. I smoked 20 plus a day, no difference at all.
Alcohol, well probably would have went out of my mind with sleep depravation without my beloved drambuie!!
Now I'm on stelera , I don't need it to get a couple of hours sleep. I would say when I go on a girls night out and drink far to much, I do notice my skin does not like it at all. Being a sensible drinker has no effect either way.
Stress, think it does not help, my P appeared around the time my mother was diagnosed with the big one , but I was also entering my teens and had, had a few throat infections, now and again. Probably no more than others but they whipped my tonsils out for good measure anyway !
I was on acetretin when I liked to socialise, so I drank, bloods were fine but my hair did start to fall out, so gave that up.
