Amazing Joana!!
I am very happy for you.  Clap
Great to see the progress pictures.

The protocol for use is indeed that after the plateau phase you can gradually cut down with the amount of pills which you indeed did.

In thread introduce myself, our new Dutch girl Deena writes that she uses reishi/ganoderma capsules to fight the problems in her intestines, which seems to work very good. You could take a try what that means for you. I am going to try it also.
Diarrhea is recognizable for me, the other things you mention I do not have. I am always full of power, no dizziness at all. But every two days you can find me in the sportschool where I do a lot of spinning so I am keeping up my condition.
I use it already for a very long time, it still works. Indeed sometime a bit of playing with the dose at times of cold, damp or the full moon.

Still one question, how are your lymphocytes doing?  For me it is very important.

Thank you everyone!

yes I am very pleased!

My blood values are still within all the norm, lymphocytes are quite significally lower but still within normal brackets! They have been
checked recently while I was taking the highest dose - over 1320 mg /day - then after some time I started feeling bad things - like totally tired, feeling that I will fall on the street walking, dizziness etc. They were like flashes - showing in similar time of the day, just longer and with different side effects. I suppose it was because of overdosing for my body.

Now with 720mg I feel powerfull and perfect, also clean with just few small dots, incredible.
I am checking Deena's thread now.

J.

I have a girl question so the men can look a way Big Grin , so girls do you also have more problems , itch , spots, or other skin problems when your hormones kics in? I have that monthly hormone thing and have more flushes and itch . I'm also halfway of my live (I hope, 45 years) so maybe my hormones are going to change, any way. Hi Deena,
No I don't have problems during my period. Maybe because the psoriasis rate is very low with me, it is mainly PsA. And I am a bit younger, that may also be different.
There are others, eg Brighteyes who do have a relation to their period, she wrote that in post RE: Back Into Hell.
Perhaps Kat can give her experience also.

Caroline
