As to skin, I think it's a combination helping and mostly the topical although the topical didn't work on it's on so I'm clueless. I'm going on the downside of the skyrizi in terms of being in the middle of injections so I don't know if that means anything. I don't think it's just Skyrizi working or things wouldn't go backwards when I stopped the shampoo and topical. Of course I could have only used one, got better and then have it get worse as psoriasis can be unpredictable so...... I did end up using the topical as I felt the itching increase and although I'd like to know what is helping the most, my goal is to feel better.
Ankle is... I don't know it's weird. First it's both ankles that bother me and have been for ... about 5 years I think. My right ankle "was" the worst. Rotating and flexing every morning before I get out of bed or after sitting is a must or I can't really walk until the joints warm up. (Good advice Forest, as it does help normally) For the past couple of months my left ankle has been acting up. I honestly thought I had sprained it as stepping on that foot hurt like !!!! but then it would just quit hurting. So I went to a local orthopedic clinic and the doctor did xrays and said it could be an old injury and that it was probably arthritis acting up. This was a different doctor than normal it was a walk in type clinic that sees you that day type place I thought I would try. But that doesn't really help me out as it still happens and it's out of the blue. When it's hurting, I can barely walk and I never know when it will be hurting and then it just stops. One night it kept me away all night hurting and I was laying down, that has only happened once. I tried stretching and rotating but it was more painful (a LOT more) to move it than keep it still. I don't know what to do about ankle. I should probably go back to the rheumatologist, who I haven't seen since covid, as he's the one who said psoriatic arthritis for my ankles.
I was hoping I could say Skyrizi helped or even say it isn't helping but I can't really say either way. Skin is better but I don't know it it's Skyrizi or not and ankles aren't better but I don't know what's wrong with them for certain either.
