with cosentyx i thought it was the same pen type automatic slow release but not as posh as the bimzelx pens.
to be honest i never looked i hate injections.

the needle was tiny. this needle is much larger and hurts.

Don't want to stop you all talking about using injections as it is helpful, but this is my thread about Bimzelx and I would rather it no go off topic.

You are all welcome to start new threads about injecting bio's if you wish.

Thank you.

Fred.

Update after third loading dose of two injections 160 mg  Bimzelx today.

First off I'm going to say this stuff is amazing.  Dance

I hadn't realised how bad the psoriatic arthritis was and how much pain I was in, today I'm so happy and feeling like I'm getting a new life. I'm finding I'm moving a lot better and have even started doing more stuff that I had been putting off, like fixing the lawnmower and getting my man cave tidy (well almost) Big Grin

I'm no longer having to ask Mrs Fred to open jars or bottle any more as it's a simple task just like it used to be. Still have a few struggles like lifting the door off to put some 3in1 in the hinges, I'm just not as fit as I was probably to not being able to do much this past couple of years.

It's even helping with my ankle problem, but that's another story and not related to psoriatic arthritis and I have an appointment tomorrow to see if they will inject something in there.

What bit of psoriasis I do have is now flat and is fading away which is a nice bonus.

Psoriasis score: 2

Psoriatic arthritis score: 1

*Notes from my locked thread: Four days after the last shot I got some itchiness on my chest and shoulders and some small raised spots, I was hoping it was not going the way of Cosentyx and giving me eczema but I have managed to get it down with coconut oil and some overt the counter antihistamines.

I will tell my dermatologist when I next see her, but if it happens again after this shot I may have to tell her sooner.

I am so happy to see your PsA score down to 1!   Clap

I think you should open all the jars, right now, while you can without help.    Big Grin     It must feel so good to have your mobility back.  Long may this last!  Cheers to Fred!   cheers

Excellent to hear that good results !!!
Lets hope it lasts looooooonnnnnnggggggg. Very long.

I know my boudoir is tidy, but I cannot imagine a man-cave being tidy. I bet your almost tidy man cave is still amazingly more chaotic than my boudoir… Rolleyes

Thank you Mata, like you know it's not easy to find something that works, but as you well know when it does it feels good. I'll take it whilst it lasts.
