Update: Just taken my second maintenance dose of two shots.

Have noticed a bit of fatigue and occasional light headache, reminds me of when I used to take Stelara it would come on a few days after the shot and last around a week. Will be interesting to see if it happens this time.

Three weeks after the last shots I did get a little folliculitis on my back, but it soon went down with plenty of coconut oil.

I had been keeping notes about some odd moments in my locked journal with nausea, but I'm sure now that it is nothing to do with the Bimzelx as I got a little bit two days ago. I've started monitoring it elsewhere and will see how it goes.

The psoriatic arthritis did start going down after the last shots and I'm pleased to say it still is so this is big for me as that is what I want it to do.

Psoriatic score was 12 eight weeks ago today it is 3  87

Psoriasis score was 4 I'm leaving it at 4 as I have a little bit on my knuckles and one shin that sometime has a little flare. Dexeryl dose get it back down again though.

No side effects to report.

All in all I'm very pleased, next shots in 8 weeks time.

Prior experience, such as the fatigue and light-headache following this injection being similar to past injections, makes this reaction less alarming and easier to tolerate.  I hope it eases quickly.

Hooray on the good psoriatic score!   Clap   I'm so glad you can move your body without such debilitating pain.

As for the nausea, I hope you find the cause and that it goes away.  Are you drinking well water or city water?

I've never felt good after taking a biologic shot. Stelera was by far the worse for fatigue. I do wonder how much of it has to do with the preservatives in the shot.

Yes I found Stelara the worse one, but the longer I was on it the easier it got. Bimzelx isn't as bad, but time will tell.

Good point about the preservatives, I just thought it was because it was a stronger dose.

All sounds good - a bit of fatigue for a few days seems normal, hopefully it won’t last as long as a week.

Yes I think it is something I will get used to TL. To be honest not getting the pain from psoriatic arthritis far out-ways a little bit of fatigue.

Update time: Just took my third maintenance shots and all is good.

I did get a little bit of psoriasis on my hands that started weeping, I made a thread about it here: Weeping psoriasis

About 4 weeks after the last shot I got a little bit stiff in the shoulders, left wrist and some knuckles on both hands, but it faded after about 5 days. I do still get a little locked up when sleeping, but it's nowhere near as painful as it used to be and once I get moving it goes away.

No side effects to report.

Psoriasis score: Down from 4 to 3

Psoriatic arthritis score: Down from 6 to 3

All in all I'm very pleased. 87
