Got a little bit of psoriasis flared up on my left hand, it's not bleeding but I had forgotten how sometimes it used to weep.

I've tried Coconut Oil, Aveeno, Dexeryl  but as it's been so long I've forgotten what works best for the weeping, I'm thinking just leaving it open to the air may be the best way to go and it will form a crust.

Here's a photo, it's not great but if you zoom in you can see it's just a clear fluid.

Tips anyone ?

Yes, I can see the drops.

I did not know that fluids could come out of it. With me, the minor P I have is always dry.
Makes sense to let it dry out.
Don’t have a clue on how to treat it. Maybe somebody else knows.

I think the fluid is sebum maybe.

Sometimes the patches on my leg will do this.  It doesn't seem to last long for me, though, as it eventually dries out.  My dermatologist told me that there are patches on my scalp that are likely due to secretions from a gland.  I wonder if it's the same sort of thing as the possible sebum fluid of the patches on your hand.

It went all crispy and started weeping again every time I moved my knuckle Big Grin So I've gone back to using coconut oil at least it will protect it.

Forgot to update this thread. I decided to contact my dermatologist for a prescription for some diprosone, she sent me one to get it as and when I want for 1 year.

After a few days it stopped weeping and after a week I started using it every other day before stopping and now its pretty much back to normal.
