Yes one each side of the belly is the way to go.

As for experiencing a change, some work quicker than others. But it all depends on the person and the way their body accepts or adapts to it.

I would say enjoy being a couch potato and let it do it's stuff, but keep notes on any changes in this thread as it may help you in the future.

Hi Steven, good luck with the cosentyx , I'm glad you managed both injections painlessly and hopefully you should start noticing results fairly quickly

Hi!

I responded good I guess on the part that Im not getting like swollen toes and new inflammations so that's positive! On the other hand the two remaining spots (ellbow, knee) don't seem to heal a lot. So im busy with fysio on that part!  So it will probably take a while but for now, it's the cosentyx and fysio for the upcoming months!!
