The poor guy has a really bad, green facial rash.

I didn't know you could get a light for your shower.  My dermatologist had her staff look into my costs (with my US insurance) for getting a light at home (my co-pay is beyond my means for this) and also into the hospital system's financial aid program to continue using the light box at her clinic.  But I haven't pursued that.

I didn't know that either. Although light.. electricity... water... nah I'll pass. Big Grin

At one time I thought about getting a home light therapy device of some type and wondered if insurance would help with the cost. But after not getting results with light therapy (the UVB booth nor the laser light) I decided against it. I do however plan to brave the sun this year and try some natural light therapy. Even if it doesn't help my skin the fresh air will be good for me.

Yes it is possible.
This is my bathroom with the light. It has infrared and low dose UVB.
