Well done Yvon I'm glad you got your preferred rheumatologist, and I hope when you see him in February he puts you on a bio that gives you relief from the pain hopefully Cosentyx or stelara

There are very good and there are much less types of dermatologists.
Just heard a story while calling with someone who also had lots of trouble. He was on the DMF pills and very satisfied, and still his derm, a woman, wanted him on the injections/bios. I really don’t get that attitude. He also had to search for a different derm and indeed also did that by himself.

@Jiml, thank you and i will keep the Cosentyx and Stelara in mind when i'm at the appointment.
@Caroline, i don't understand it either. It's only normal that you draw up a treatment plan together with your doctor. It's ridiculous that you have to look for another doctor. But i was called today by the assistent nurse, sooner than expected, she adviced me to get a prednison injection, to bridge the time until the appointment in February (is that correct Englisch?). She said that sometimes after this injection with prednison the Humira starts to work again? Well i don't know if that's true, and i don't really care, i just want to get rid of the pain... I drove to the clinic immidiatly and got the injection. Let's hope it works.

Even on the grappanetwork there is a patients guide to treatment , it says :
Treatment decisions need to be tailored to the individual, and should be made jointly by the patient and their doctor. Treatment should reflect patient preferences, with the patients provided with the best information available and relevant options. So if your doctor doesn't work like that, go to another
