I was wondering what the worst area has been for people for psoriasis.  Not necessarily the longest, but either the area that has been most resistant to clearing or just the area that you feel has bothered you the most.

Mine, definitely ears, scalp area.

For me it's always been both my shins (lower front leg) I have never managed to completely get rid of it. I've had times when clear as now, but the part of my shins is still a different colour and thickness.

Having said that, in the past it was my scalp. I just couldn't get rid of it, but the bio's sorted that out, so I will tick the box "Legs, feet"

As a matter of interest my feet have always been the worst area for psoriatic arthritis.

The fronts of my thighs at the moment. But in the past I’ve had periods of time with it just on my scalp, and another time just on my elbows.

I would say the worst are for psoriasis for me is my feet.  The psoriasis is quite bad on the soles of my feet.  Mostly walking on my feet can be quite painful at times with it.  It also has been the slowest to respond to treatment, but it is getting to the point where it doesn't bother me constantly me anymore and the skin is getting better

Good that you skin is getting better now. Indeed it is a bad part to have psoriasis, for the simple reason that you feel it with every step.

Definitely scalp and ears!!!  I can't get it to go away there and when I have a flare, that's where it's always the worst.

Blush

I saw this and thought KatT had started this thread.  Until it told me I had already voted after I posted this...... and I realized I had started it awhile back and just forgot that I had started it.

It's bad when I get the two Kat's mixed up since I'm one of them. Confused

I have been literally covered from head to the feet when I first got psoriasis this went on for quite a few years and I spent three sessions of six weeks in hospital. With the Stelara I only have it in my ears and behind my ears .
