Most of what I drink is in the psoriasisclub bar. In real life I hardly drink any alcohol, perhaps only twice a week a glass of wine. The advantage is that I constantly feel fit and clear and the disadvantage of drinking a glass is that I totally become sleepy after one glass. I drank much more previously every evening, but I found out that I started to wake up in the middle of the night feeling all warm and inconvenient. That has stopped now.

Thank you Caroline.

"Warm and inconvenient" Big Grin

Yes the psoriasis is a bonus. And at least the Psoriasis Club Bar is always open.

Looks like your fingers have improved. I see the dosing of this drug is similar to Stelara. I’m assuming that it will help with the psoriasis as well, but it just takes time. I can’t take TNFs either- end up with worse psoriasis :(

Thank you Mata, yes the fingers are better but I was disappointed that the Cosntyx stopped working. I think I will just be for ever moving from one to another to keep moving. Confused

Yes TNF's are off my list.

Note for reference: 4 April

Got a nasty cold sore.

Just checked my old Cosentyx journal and my doctor gave me some pills for them in November 2017 and this is the first one since then, I think if I start getting them again I will talk with my GP.

I still have some cream the doctor gave me and it's just in date so I'm slapping that on.

Yes they are horrible things. Mrs Fred has never had one, which I find annoying.

It has to do with a bacteria you somewhere have in your system. You either have it or you have not. Apparantly Mrs. Fred has an immune system that kills that specific bacteria.

I thought it was caused by the herpes simplex virus and not bacteria
