Yes....I still have a few weeks but will get there.....they taste horrible 

Aaaand I now smoke half of what I used to .....hopefully will be quitting within the next week

So far so good....smoked even less today   

The issue is going to be trying not to gain anymore weight!  I've put on 20 lbs since covid.....it's a lot for my small frame

One problem at a time!  Quitting smoking is more important!

You have to have a good reason to motivate yourself to give any thing up I find. I used to smoke cigars many years ago but just stopped, I found that you can't cut down its got to be all or nothing.

Tried that.....didn't work......my hubby smokes also and he's not quitting so Champix it is!

It's also better for the mental and physical safety of those around me lol

I piled the weight on when I gave up, but in the end I would say it was worth it as my breathing got better. I had tried many times before and failed and like Dave I just stopped one day, but which ever way you do it I would say it's worth doing.
