Tremfya V Cosentyx anyone tried both for psoriatic arthritis ?

Probably a long shot but has anyone tried both Tremfya and Cosentyx for psoriatic arthritis ?

I'm very pleased with Cosentyx for the psoriatic arthritis and it is still in remission, but it's not keeping the psoriasis away and I still need the occasional use of a topical to keep it under control. I have decided Taltz is not worth me trying next, but am tempted to switch to Tremfya after reading this: Tremfya going after psoriatic arthritis

But there is nothing better than hearing it from the horses mouth so to speak, so has anyone tried both and if so which was best for psoriatic arthritis Tremfya or Cosentyx ?

Thank you Jim. I have an appointment next month and though I'm happy with Cosentyx, if Tremfya can perform as well for psoriatic arthritis and improve the psoriasis I may be tempted.

Don't ask and you don't know, so always worth a try. I think it's a long shot, but you never know we may have a member or a reader that has tried both.

I hope so, the best recommendations are from users rather than doctors and it's difficult switching when what you're on helps so much with the arthritis and you would be taking a leap of faith changing

I see I promised that I would take a look at Janssen, I am gonna try that again.

Personally I doubt that a IL-23 inhibitor, like Tremfya and Stelara, will do very much for Psoriatic Arthritis, but I am not a doctor.

Yes that is my thinking too. But I thought it could be worth asking before my next appointment.

I have had very bad psoriatic arthritis in the past and it makes me cautious of change from something that has given me back my life. But no harm in asking as for all I know there is someone doing very well on it.

Tremfya is now available in France for psoriasis, but not psoriatic arthritis. If I could find one that does both then I would be happy, but that caould all change anyway after the end of October.

Yes it would be nice to know there is another one I could move on to, I could try Taltz but as it's much the same as Cosentyx I don't see the point. Plus our members don't seem to do so well on Taltz as they do Cosentyx.

I don't recall any of our members using Tremfya that have psoriatic arthritis, so we may have to go by the companies results.
